For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM30. Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX take between 15 minutes and 1 hour depending on banking operating hours. wow99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals.

In cases where wow99 is found liable for any loss, wow99's maximum total liability shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
